The chain of stores "Uyuterra" (legal entity PlanetaStroy LLC) was founded in 2004 and was one of the largest chains of home goods stores. The Uyuterra brand operated 122 stores in 43 regions of the country, the company's annual turnover reached 9.5 billion rubles.

The experts of the Anti-Crisis Group "Pilot" were engaged to conduct the most complex legal disputes and comprehensive support of bankruptcy proceedings of the group's enterprises.

As part of the bankruptcy proceeding, in addition to measures to identify, return and sell assets located in more than 40 regions of Russia, recover receivables (the amount of recovery is more than 349 million rubles), several dozen transactions of the debtor to withdraw assets were contested, as well as work was carried out to attract controlling persons to subsidiary liability.

This includes successful completion of unprecedented disputes over the invalidation of a chain of promissory note transactions with Sberbank, which allowed to return more than 100 million rubles to the bankruptcy estate, to pay the salary debt, and to prevent a spike of social tension in the region.

In the bankruptcy proceeding of the guarantor of the main debtor, the transaction on the alienation of real estate, which was returned to the bankruptcy estate, was disputed.

The Anti-Crisis Group "Pilot" participates in the first bankruptcy proceedings of Duty Free store operators in Russia.

Aerofirst JSC and Arial JSC (Moscow Duty Free brand) - companies founded in 1988 by Sheremetyevo International Airport, Aer Rianta International and PJSC Aeroflot were one of the largest domestic operators of duty-free trade.

In bankruptcy proceedings, the experts involved in the Anti-Crisis Group "Pilot" provided the opportunity to continue the current economic activities of the companies, as well as implemented large-scale measures, as a result of which: artificially generated debt worth more than 4 billion rubles was denied to be included in the register of creditors' claims, transactions were declared invalid debtor, including the illegal write-off of the performance fee in bankruptcy proceedings in the amount of about 70 million rubles, and the assignment of rights of claims in the amount of 2 billion rubles.

As a result of the work of lawyers of the Anti-Crisis Group "Pilot", hidden assets were identified - expensive real estate assets at the Sheremetyevo Airport. Our lawyers have registered property rights that have not been registered since 1996, as well as prepared the sale of assets.

Dynamix Group LLC, Hotel Service LLC, Stroyprogress LLC were a group of companies that operated property complexes under the "Marriott" brand in Russia.

Within the framework of bankruptcy proceedings, the experts of the Anti-Crisis Group "Pilot" stopped attempts to include creditors' claims in the register for a significant amount of persons who based their claims on the fact of bills possession. In order to return the property in the bankruptcy estate under the provisions of the Law on Bankruptcy, refusals to execute long-term lease agreements for enterprises were declared, the debtors' property, previously transferred under long-term lease agreements was returned to the bankruptcy estate, encumbrances of real estate assets were stopped.

The lawyers of the Anti-Crisis Group "Pilot" provided effective protection of the interests of bankruptcy managers and creditors in court proceedings on invalidation of a unilateral refusal to perform a lease agreement, as well as compensation for losses in the amount of more than 500 million rubles caused by such a refusal.

The building that housed the restaurant "Prague" was built at the end of the 18th century. Since the mid-twentieth century, the restaurant has been one of the most prestigious establishments in the Soviet Moscow.

The Anti-Crisis Group "Pilot" was engaged for comprehensive support of the bankruptcy proceeding of the owner of the restaurant "Prague" building.

As part of the bankruptcy case, the debtor's transactions aimed at withdrawing assets were disputed, as well as the sale of property was made. The building of the restaurant "Prague" was sold at a price of more than 1.4 billion rubles.

In the 2000s, "Mospromstroymaterialy" was the main construction division of Oleg Deripaska's "Glavstroy" holding and included about 60 companies that provide materials and structures for the construction of such objects as the "Sinjaja ptica" Quarter in Northern Butovo, the Olympic village, building complexes on Ostozhenka, Sretenka, and others.

The Anti-Crisis Group "Pilot" was engaged in the organization and conduct of activities on the settlement of debts to creditors.

As part of the monitoring procedure, taking into account the analysis of the financial and economic activities of the debtor and the conclusion on the feasibility of maintaining the enterprise, work was carried out aimed at concluding a settlement agreement.

The settlement agreement prepared by experts of the Anti-Crisis Group "Pilot", which provides for the settlement of debts in the amount of over 14 billion rubles, was agreed with creditors and approved by the Arbitration court of Moscow.

The "Housing Capital" Group of Companies, founded in 1996, was one of the oldest and largest construction companies in Russia. In 2011, the Group of Companies won the "Developer of the year" nomination, and in 2013 received the title "Developer of the year". The projects of the "Housing Capital" Group of Companies: Gusarskaya Ballada RC, Western Bastion RC, Nezhinskii Kovcheg RC, etc.

Liabilities: more than 23 billion rubles.

As part of the bankruptcy proceeding of "Housing Capital" Group of Companies, the Anti-Crisis Group "Pilot" experts worked with a large number of creditors 'claims-individuals who have concluded agreements with the debtor to participate in shared construction, resulting in a register of creditors' claims for more than 23 billion rubles.

We also carried out a comprehensive analysis of the debtor's financial and economic activities, which revealed signs of deliberate bankruptcy. In particular, the company's management was found to have been abusive in not taking measures to recover accounts receivable, selling assets at an undervalued price in favor of intermediary organizations, and performing actions to withdraw the company's assets.

The main activities of the Satori Group of Companies, founded in 1993, were construction, as well as demolition and dismantling of buildings. Projects of the group: dismantling of the "Rossiya" Hotel on Varvarka street, reconstruction of the "Dynamo" Stadium, dismantling of the "Intourist" Hotel on Tverskaya street, earthworks on the construction of "Vnukovo-3" airport, etc.

As part of the comprehensive support of bankruptcy proceedings by the Anti-Crisis Group "Pilot", measures were implemented to prevent the inclusion in the register of creditors' claims of persons affiliated with the debtor: a participating company, a member of the Board of Directors, as well as a person actually affiliated with the debtor whose claim was based on an invalid service agreement concluded if the debtor company has overdue obligations. All the listed claims were found to be unfounded, and the affiliated persons were refused to include the claims in the register of creditors' claims of the debtor.

Also, a comprehensive analysis of the financial and economic activities of the Satori Group of Companies was conducted, and support was provided for legal disputes aimed at preventing the disposal of the company's assets worth more than 200 million rubles from the bankruptcy estate by issuing property in kind to pay the actual value of the participant's share after the bankruptcy case was initiated. The goal was achieved: the property remained in the bankruptcy estate.

Energocenter JSC was founded in 2006 and was a subsidiary of  PJSC MOESK. The company's activities were aimed at improving the reliability of power supply to consumers and upgrading power transmission lines in the Moscow region. Energocenter JSC was engaged in the implementation of an investment program developed by the Government of the Moscow Region for the development of electric power in the region.

The Anti-Crisis Group "Pilot" was engaged to provide measures to settle debts to creditors.

As part of the first bankruptcy proceeding – monitoring, as a result of the analysis of the debtor's financial and economic activities, the experts of the Anti-Crisis Group "Pilot" identified the possibility of full repayment of creditors' claims, developed a plan of measures to bring the company out of the financial crisis and drafted a settlement agreement.

The lawyers of the Anti-Crisis Group "Pilot" consulted the trustee in bankruptcy, the debtor and creditors on the issue of entering into a settlement agreement involving the full repayment of the debtor's debt.

The result of our work was the approval of a settlement agreement providing for the repayment of obligations in the amount of more than 3 billion rubles.
